Onsen was a highlight with rejuvenating waters and varied temperature indoor and outdoor pools. Luxurious Spa treatments left us feeling pampered. the Garden area is gorgeous and a great place to relax.
The check-out time is early, we felt rushed to finish. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, most struggled with English, which made it difficult to communicate.

Convenient location and enjoyable onsen
During my recent business trip, I found the hotel's location to be quite convenient with the railway station just a short distance away. the onsen provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience which was a highlight of my stay.
There were some downsides to my stay. the language barrier posed a challenge as the staff struggled with English.

This hotel has a convenient location close to a railway station, making travel in the area quite easy. the onsen provided some relaxation. While the room and bathroom were a bit outdated, the carpet has stains and the shower system is old, the overall room experience was passable. the staff did their best to accommodate guests despite language barriers.
